1) Admiration for Jack McCoy is a must.
2) You must list your NAME or believable nickname and your COUNTRY. I'd rather you used something like "Bill" other than say, "AwesomeDude2102" in your application. Last names and names with extra characters WILL be edited to first names only or Anonymous.
3) You MUST list a VALID E-MAIL address per TFL's rules, even if you don't want it listed. There is a button in the join form to use in that case.
4) If you don't have a site- no problem. You'll be listed under your e-mail instead.
5) If you have a site, please put up a code before you join. No code, no link to your site. And please put the code somewhere easy to locate such as on your main page or a page for fan-listings or cliques. If I cannot find your code, I shall not link your site.
6) If I find you direct-linking, I will replace that image with something butt-ugly and not link your site.
7) If your content is offensive: horribly, terribly offensive, you will still be added but only under your e-mail address as per tfl's rules.
